Last Order Dates for Christmas Delivery
With Christmas fast approaching, we've put together some important information regarding delivery throughout December, courier shipping info, recommended Last Order dates and our closing dates over the holidays.
Domestic Delivery
We highly recommend that you place your orders as early as possible to avoid any disappointment on Christmas Day. Please remember, due to the volume of parcels through the postal system at this time of year, delivery may take longer than normal.
Our recommended last order dates for orders in the UK are:
- Royal Mail - Monday 18th December (by 12pm)
- ParcelForce - Tuesday 19th December (by 12pm)
We ship all Royal Mail parcels via 1st Class Signed For with a delivery aim of 1-2 working days (delivery aim timeframe may be extended throughout December)
We will strive to have all orders placed after these dates shipped the following working day however we recommend placing your order as early as possible to avoid disappointment on Christmas Day.
Courier Delivery
We have added the option at checkout to upgrade your delivery to ParcelForce courier which has a delivery aim of 48 hours (working days only). This is a great way to add peace of mind to your delivery if you require an item urgently or want full tracking on your parcel.
Shipping can be upgraded at checkout.
International Delivery
For our international customers, we highly recommend to order as early as possible. We cannot guarantee orders placed after these dates will arrive in time for Christmas
Our recommended last order dates for International Delivery are below:
- Australia - 6th December
- USA, Canada & Europe - 11th December
We ship all international orders under 2kg via Royal Mail International Tracked. All orders over 2kg are shipped via TNT courier. Shipping can be upgraded at checkout to TNT if your order is under 2kg.
Christmas Closing Times
We will be closed over the festive season from the 20th December - 1st January. All orders placed during these dates will be processed upon our return to the office on the 2nd January.
We will process orders right up until the 19th December, however, we do recommend that you place your order by our recommended Last Order dates or earlier to avoid disappointment as we cannot guarantee parcels will arrive in time. Orders after 12pm on Tuesday 19th December cannot be guaranteed to be shipped before we close.
