INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: Massage onto hands, nails, feet, brows, lips, or elbows as needed. Avoid direct eye contact – not for application to the mucous membranes or on broken skin. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. Avoid during pregnancy. Keep cool and away from sunlight. In hot weather, refrigerate to prevent melting.

Apply the product to the inside of a plaster, place this on the inside of your forearm, the back of the knees or behind the ears, leave unwashed for 24 hours.
NB: Where cosmetics have been used on the face and neck, it is advisable to ensure that all other preparations have been removed before applying essential oils. This will reduce risk of cross-sensitisation.
